The Art of Nourishment

Fueling Your Body. Nourishing Your Soul.

This is an intimate, Jeffersonian-style dinner - one shared table, one collective conversation.

Together, we’ll gather to explore what nourishment truly means in this season of life. Not just what’s on our plates, but what fills us up on a deeper level.

We’ll talk about healthy eating in midlife - returning to the foundations that support energy, strength, and vitality - without restriction, guilt, or diet culture. Food as nourishment. Food as fuel. Food as something to be enjoyed and shared.

But nourishment doesn’t stop there.

We’ll also explore what fuels us internally - our purpose, creativity, curiosity, and desires. The parts of ourselves we were once deeply connected to, before life began telling us who to be and what to prioritize. Before we became everything to everyone else.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, listen, and reconnect - to your body, your inner voice, and the version of yourself that’s ready for her next chapter.

Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and more connected - to yourself and to others.

Location: Para Maria at The Envoy in Boston: Limited to 12 people - 7 spots left. Food and drinks may be ordered from the menu and are paid individually.

I’m Amy Finegold, a Certified Health + Life Coach, Nutrition Coach, Pilates Instructor + Personal Stylist

I was in retail for years, working in Boston, learning from industry experts before I accomplished my dream of opening my women’s boutique, dresscode, in the suburbs.  My greatest joy was to watch women emerge from the fitting room, amazed at their own image in the mirror, feeling transformed by their outfit. After 14 years I made the difficult decision to close the store in order to find more balance in my life.  As much as I felt I was losing a part of my identity, letting go of something that no longer served me gave me the opportunity to begin my next chapter and discover where I was meant to be.

After years of practicing pilates, my instructor encouraged me to become certified to teach. In my mindset of Yes, I took on the challenge and discovered that I experienced the same thrill empowering women to feel strong in their bodies as I did empowering them to feel beautiful in their clothes!

My own health journey, to understand the inflammation in my body led me to become a certified Health and Life Coach which gave me so many powerful tools - how to eat for energy, to understand habits, to create a positive, powerful mindset.

My experiences have taught me that a strong body and a strong mind is a super-power.  And fashion continues to be my go-to when I need that boost of confidence or reminder of who I am.

This is the message I feel called to share with other women who are looking to live their best, most authentic lives, overflowing with possibility.
